Defects and mistakes

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email support@getbadjpeg.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will reprint and reship, or refund you, at no cost.

Changed your mind or wrong size

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. Please check the size details before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@getbadjpeg.com. After that, production has started and the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
